Veira boasts three high ageing fully automatic LED TV assembly lines having annual capacity of upto 1.2 million units. High ageing production lines help us achieve maximum quality with larger capacities. Fully automatic lines help us produce defect free products of highest standards.

Module repair division providing end to end repair for customer
5 Machines for Module repairing is in setup at the Noida Plant. 1 Bonding Machine to repair Lines on Screen, 2 Polarising and depolarising machines available to make the panel new again. 2 Microscopic machines to identify the smallest problems on screen.

Testing and Ageing chambers
Humidity and temperature machine for Environment testing for LED TVs with a capacity for temperature to reach from -20 degrees to 80 degrees Celsius and a humidity of upto 90%. Apart from this Veira also offers a 24 hour running ELT room for temperatures of upto 50 degrees Celsius. LED Bars and light ageing can also be carried out through LED Temperature testing and Power testing machines to get regular inputs of backlight and LED Bar performance.

Main board assembly and PCB Mounting
A complete solution provider for Main board assembly and PCB mounting, Veira offers up to 300,000 CPH for mounting of PCB components through its setup of SMT apart from 2 fully capable manual insertion lines that can produce upto 3,000 LED TV main boards in 10 hours. Testing lines and setup is completely equipped to run 24/7 with complete ageing setup facilitated by high temperature high Voltage ageing chambers.

High tesmperature Ageing chamber that can test and age 500 main boards at once gives us the edge on quality and reliability apart from Random On/Off testing jigs to confirm for any failures arising in the Power section.

Veira boasts a high speed fully automatic Washing machine and air cooler assembly lines having annual capacity of upto 1,50,000 units. These pallet return fully auto production lines help us achieve maximum quality with larger capacities.

Dark Room Testing with complete brightness, picture and detail checking
Every detail of the picture is tested through the on-line and off line Minoltas installed at multiple stages to inquire on complete detail of the picture. Complete pattern generators and Minoltas to handle brightness and PQ in all QC, development and production sections in Veira plants.

- Currently running its LED TV productions in 2 facility at Noida Sector 63 and Sector 67, Veira boasts a total of 200,000 sq feet area for LCM, FA, stores and testing of LED TVs, and approximately 150,000 sq feet area for air cooler and washing machine assembly.
- Having more than 450 manpower, including upto 30 manpower in QA, 10 in R&D, 50 managerial staff apart from highly skilled workers in production for LED TVs, Air cooler and Washing machines.
- All completely automated conveyers for 0 handling of LED TVs during FA.
- Complete testing setup with more than 20 tests conducted internally at Veira while upto 40 tests conducted by associated Lab partners.
